Do you actually sets targeted income monthly?

With the fact that gambling activities actually comes with huge risk and is actually based on more luck ,do you actually set targeted income weekly ,like for Instance the amount of money you would be making for that week and others. ,I would love to hear your opinion on that , because there are some people that really love to take it's as a source of income

I tend to set myself monthly targets for profit margins via gambling, because I believe in setting attainable objectives periodically, in order to motivate myself for the ultimate prize which is the huge winnings
