I feel that most times some casino customer care service usually ask for users location and others when answering them and this could be for some important reason to actually check if the user is actually chatting from a wrong location or is just trying to disturb the custom cafe service service

Yeah that's true tho ,but I think there are times the customer care service might just want to probably ask just to actually confirm the location ,there are some casino site or platform that do this a lot no doubt

I'm not a customer care representative to any betting platform and if i was, i will never ask for customers location, because it's not right to do so, when a customer care agent ask these kind of question from you please be very careful of what you say
