Self comtrol: Were you able to exercise self control over your conduct in gambling?. Are you impulsive, that is you allow your mind to control you or you control your mind?. If you control your mind, you will Will be able to guide yourself against betting uncontrollable.
Betting limits : Were you able to bet within your budget limit? This is the major part you should give closer look. You should not exceed your budget limit either you are winning or losing.
