Do you consider yourself a "nit"

I play tight when I gotta, to protect my stack, but I ain't afraid to go all in with a solid hand. Real nits just sit there foldin' almost every hand, barely even lookin' at their cards. They're more interested in what's goin' on at the other tables than the action right in front of them!

Me, I study the players at my table. I make reads on wh'might have good cards based on their bets and such. And when the pot gets big with lots of action, that's when I pounce. I didn't become a winning player by foldin' the best hand almost every time. Part of the fun is taking down big pots from loose aggressive players that misjudge my play.

Some tight-aggressive is how I'd describe my style. I don't bluff or play fancy, but I don't just call bets either. I raise when I got it and call when I should. A real player looks to pile that pot, not just get by on the cheap. So don't go callin' me no nit! My mind's on winnin' that pot, just like everyone else at the table.
