There are some gamblers that actually do a roll over of the amount they have earned from gambling ,like after earning the amount that they should earn they would actually do a roll over like re invest and others ,but most times it actually a very risky something , because what if the gambles don't go in his favor

I don't usually do roll over of any winning or all the winnings of my betting. I usually lose so many times from betting so i don't usually calculate any of my winnings because it's not that much

I understand what you are implying, but I tend not to engage in this purely because I believe that in this particular situation, it is more beneficial to withdraw and enjoy the fruits of your labour with respect to the payout.
