Personally, I stopped gambling without much issue. Right from the beginning, I don't really like gambling because I knw I am not that lucky and I don't like getting money at the expense of others. So it was easy for. me to quit.

As for me, I don't find it difficult to control my urge for gambling, I do practise responsible gambling at all time, I'm not a newbie in gambling and I'm already used to how gambling work and I know when to quit.

It is very important to have self control whenever you are into gambling. Someone who do not have such control is not fit to play gamble because you will continue to play without limit.

I dont even have the urge to gamble impulsively. I only do it once in a while with funds I know I can easily part with. This has made me responsible in my gambling activities and avoided unnecessary loss of money.

As long as one is disciplined you won't find it hard to resist impulsive gambling. Just make sure you are in charge of your gambling activities, not the other way round. You will be fine then.

I've never had a problem with gambling myself, but I've seen how it can destroy lives. I think it's important to recognize that gambling can be a form of addiction, and that it's not just a matter of willpower. If you're struggling, don't be afraid to seek help and support. There are plenty of resources available, and it's never too late to make a change for the better.
