I think there are some certain time the customer care service might be giving slow response and others ,but I think not all customers would love this ,some users might actually leave the casino site when they see that they are not willing to change the attitude of giving slow response to important questions that needs urgent answers

It can be really frustrating ,thats why many have left a casino platform or site ,they can't just withstand the slow response and others from casino platform they would just get frustrated at the end
 
I do tend to get agitated when the customer care section are non-responsive and frankly inactive. This should never be the case for any gambling company, whether it be big or small
