People usually engage green card lottery over here in my country. invite some people has taken it as a business helping other people to register it and they are making good profit out of it.

If only USA lottery green card comes with free accommodation and good job will I be considering moving to usa if i win something like it. If it does not comes with things like that, i will just sell the card

No, you don't necessarily have to move to the United States if you win the green card lottery. However, you do need to maintain your intention to immigrate to the U.S. within a certain time period after you're selected in the lottery
