I don't know any recognized responsible gambling resources and support networks. Even if such exist, would they be able to cure gambling addiction permanently?. There had been many suggestions propounded which are yet to provide lasting solutions.
 
Unfortunately, apart form the one suggested by the poster and the one added by the BOT, I don't really know of many others platforms that deals with solving gambling addiction. This means, there should be more establishment that will focus on this.
