Do you make budget for loses ?

Gambling comes with its own risk and it's not everytime someone might be making profit , there are times gamblers also make losses in that order , so do you actually make budget for loses in the process of you gambling. I believe making budget for loses shows that you are a responsible gambler .

like do you actually make budget and understand the time you should actually gamble and then regulate the way you gamble just to ensure that you are actually not gambling way too much and others

This is an innovative idea, but I would not be in favour of this method because it also implies that losing as acceptable. The mindset should be not to record any losses because they will simply not occur. That is something we should all pick up
