I was playing blackjack at one casino the other day and they placed the cut card on the bottom 10 cards of the shoe. Then today at another casino, I saw that they place the cut card around the middle of the shoe. Do you think casinos should have some standard procedure for where to put the cut card in the shoe? I think it would make the game feel a little more fair and predictable if there was a standard rule all casinos followed for this.
