I think most times if not every time , the customer care service needs to be acting strict , because most customers or users might be turning into something else and some might become more abusive when they see that the customer care of the gambling platform or site is to strict and others ,most times they need to act strict

In some cases, they need to be firm and stringent in addition to holding their ground regarding certain decisions such as the suspension of a participant and then the subsequent pleading for a reversal of the punishment
