Do you think excessive loss is the only way to turn an addicted gambler to a responsible one

Although I have noticed that some responsible gamblers Nevers learn , some would actually only learn after the amount of loss that they have been making have become higher , but apart from that many would actually never learn otherwise .

So do you think excessive loss is the only way it method to actually turn an addicted gambler ,like someone that is very much adducted into gambling ,to a responsible one ,I would love to hear your opinion

Addiction to gambling can't encourage a gambler that's already addicted to gambling, except the gambler just want to change and that's just it, addiction is never a good habits at all, let's learn to bet wisely and responsibly

Excessive loss can do either of the two. It may turn the gamblers to addicted more, because some may still continue to be borrowing. And as well it may discourage some gamblers from taking more bets.

It is very possible for someone who is addicted to lose interest in games if he keep losing all the time because there's no one who loves to lose irrespective of the fact that he is addicted to the game.

I do not think that this is the way to alleviate a gambling addiction, because in some cases, the victim may decide to still gamble and persevere in spite of multiple losses. This would make your assumption redundant

This is what I was referring to. People should be mindful of the fact that for some addicts, they have become addicted to gambling to the extent that they are satisfied with performing the activity irrespective of the result

some humans can be stubborn that nothing shakes them not even losses. So excessive loss turn the gamblers to become more addicted because some will continue to play while it may discourage some gamblers from doing more gambling

You are absolutely right. Some would have been so blinded by their extreme tendency to gamble that they would still try and find positives in losses and subsequently decide to go again in search of luck

Losing excessively does not actually change the mind of an excessive gambler. Many will even tell you they can stake their life on games to show how much the can do just to be able to gamble

Some gamblers are so stubborn hearted and they can gamble anything once they are sure of their analysis, most especially those that are more experience in gambling activities would always go extra mile.

Their attitude to switching up their strategies and playing styles is always not favourable, but I guess this is what has made them possess a load of expertise in these casino games. They are really set in their ways
