Do you think it's better to stick to the same strategy or try something new?

I've been using mostly the same basic strategy for years now and it's been pretty successful for me. But sometimes I wonder if I'm missing out on better strategies by not experimenting more. What do you think? Is it better to master one strategy thoroughly or try different approaches occasionally? Let me know what has worked best for you over the long run of playing blackjack.
