It does. This is the reason why most people do not really partake in online betting. There are some countries that do not have stable light and find it difficult to access internet in such an area because of this.

Yeah also the bad internet connection , if the internet connection is so bad ,the gamblers might just find it so difficult to actually run gambling in that kind of area ,that needs to he considered too I think.

I believe that infrastructure could have an effect on the growth and development of casino websites because the network connection and fibre optics used could be compromised due to defective structures

yeah bad network system is actually a very big problem ,I think when the network system is very bad tye gamblers might really just find it hard to gamble and others ,then this might even pose more problem and issues thereabouts
