Do you think too much complaint from users would lower the site development?

I feel too much complaint from users isn't too good , because I feel it actually lowers the development of the caisno site or platform , it could be that users wants to join the caisno site and when they see that there are actually too much complaint from the users that have used the platform ,they would abstain from the platform

Too much complaints and negative feedback does speak to a larger problem as to the effectiveness of the casino platform in enforcing its ethos and principles in the required manner. This does not benefit the online casino at all
