Does casino websites crash?

I have registered on some investment websites in the past which later crashed when it was time for payment, it has happened like that many times but I wonder if casino websites crash just like investment websites do.

I have heard of some casino websites that refuses to pay its players due to some petty excuses about region but instead of casino websites crashing, they stand their ground and keep operating to scam more people or have you seen a casino website that crash after scamming people?

There are some many casino that have seen that later crashed even when its time for them to pay there users,this have been happening in some casino websites must especially the ponzi scheme they will always refuse to pay their users due to some unnecessary excuse.
