When it comes to offline jobs, you can get fired anytime depending on either your performance at your workplace or the manager detects that the company is no more generating profit and when that happens money won't be enough to cover the salary of all the workers and that's why they have to relieve some people of their duties and let other take over, in the place of a casino website, we know casino websites aren't operated by one person so I just want to ask if they fire their workers just like offline jobs do?

If any employees is found wanting in the casino company, they will definitely be fired and I have seen so many people fired in the casino companies severally. if they perpetrate illicit activities, they will be fired.

I haven't heard of a casino fired their worker before but it can be possible to happen if the worker is not active in his work, not every worker do take there work serious and people like this has to be fired with immediate effect and employ those that are willing to work

It is extremely possible for casinos to fire their employee. It is just like any other company and if an employee was found guilty of an offence, it is the duty of the casino to fire such employee if it has been investigated

I believe online casinos also fire their workers. I think that, because everything is done on the Internet when it comes to online casinos, the revolving door with respect to employees is not as visible as those working in offline casinos.

Whether they are working online or offline, workers are still the same and they always have to abide by all the rules and regulations of their company and employer. If any casino worker that's working online do what will warrant him/her getting sacked, he/she will definitely get it

Casino is definitely like any other business and it will definitely function as one because the casinos will always want to ensure that the workers are working effectively and if any employee is not doing well he or she may be fired.

Firing of worker is not a function of the business but the misdeeds of the workers. If the workers misbehave, there is tendency that the casino website may fire such a worker. They do this to protect the interest of the business.

It is true that the casino is just like every other company and it is possible for the casino to fire are there employee if he does something that is against the rules and regulations of the organisation and could affect the company.

Any casino that doesn't fire any err worker will lose customers. Customers should be free to complain about any worker that doesn't attend to them very well and the best thing they can do is to make sure that they sack such a worker.

Yes of course ,many of them fire their workers too , because if the workers is really not doing well , they would actually not be happy and would likely fire and retrench the worker from futher working ,I believe that many casino platform do this

I have unerring confidence that workers can be laid off even in casinos, both online and offline. If a worker is incompetent or goes against the rules of the organization, then they will have to be let go ultimately.
