Although I have seen a live chat support on some of the casino websites are visited this year I think the live chat support is a very helpful way for players to be able to chat with the customer support when they need any help although most casino websites doesn't reply fast which is frustrating.

I think all casino websites should have a live chat support on their website instead of providing an email address to contact them this will get issues solved faster and make the players trust the website more.
 
Most of this casino have live chats but unfortunately its not at all useful to the users at all because you may have some problem now or let me just say when you are registering on the casino if you are chating with them they will reply you immediately but when you finally become their member and you have maybe withdrawal issues or you made deposit and it haven't show on you balance that when you will start seing their other side because if you message them they won't reply you.
 
There are so many players that need help online due to a mistake from them or from the casino authority itself, they might need to contact the casino via chat since the casino is an online platform. Many casino already know about this and they've also created a medium through which players can chat the casino authorities through online

They have a package of ready responses like you are asking a bot and not asking a human so he just gets a response from a list of replies and doesn't want a headache or even make a little effort to resolve your problem like you are chatting with a bot and not chatting with a human that is the drawback of the live chat, it could be helpful but I may find a same answer in FAQ so why ask them?
