I completely agree with you that gambling every day can indeed be a sign of addiction. When someone engages in gambling activities on a daily basis, it's important to assess whether they are doing so for entertainment or if there are deeper underlying issues driving this behavior.

Addiction to gambling can have serious consequences on one's mental, emotional, and financial well-being. It can lead to financial instability, strained relationships, and a preoccupation with gambling that can negatively impact other areas of life.

Lowering the frequency of gambling can be a positive step towards maintaining a healthy relationship with gambling. It's important for individuals to set limits, practice self-control, and seek help if they feel like their gambling habits are becoming problematic.

Seeking support from mental health professionals or joining support groups such as Gamblers Anonymous can also be beneficial for those struggling with gambling addiction. It's crucial to create a balance between enjoying gambling as a form of entertainment and preventing it from spiraling into addictive behavior.

Gambling every day does not automatically mean a person is addicted. Many individuals can gamble daily without it negatively impacting their lives. It’s about how gambling affects their overall well-being.
