Does gambling everyday mean addiction?

Although does gambling everyday means addiction , because some gamblers usually invest possibly only once in a day , not like they are addicted ,they are still checkmating their addiction ,by actually investing once in a blue moon and not investing all their asset in gambling , what are your thoughts on that ,I would love to hear tho

Gambling everyday will soon lead to addiction. When we involve in betting without any restriction, we are close to being addicted. We only need to involve in betting once in a while lest we will soon become addicted.

If an individual has the self-awareness to be able to stop gambling at times, I do not believe that it is an addiction in spite of their presence at gambling sites and casinos every single day. If one is relaxed even when there is no room to gamble, they should not be labelled addicts
