Operators of land-based casinos would need regulatory authorisation in order to stop the gaming and adjust the odds such that they paid out more during slower periods. In order to change a chip in the majority of slots at land-based casinos, the game would need to be opened, which is often done by removing the central processing unit and transporting it to a rear shop.

You see people usually talk about timing but I don't believe in such thing. when it is time for you to win it doesn't matter if you do it in the morning or in the evening. you know people come into games with different beliefs and that's why you are saying something like that.
