I don't own any casino betting platform and if i do i will always make sure i attend to issues faced by my customer equally with this the platform will surely grow and customer will be happy they're using such platform

You are on point. Customer satisfaction should be the key element in a casino and this is why the customer care team need to be competent, friendly and helpful as well in order for customers to feel at ease
