There are a lot of states that do not want lottery companies to be advertising their services publicly because they believe that it can become dangerous to people. A lot of them use very deceptive and very unrealistic methods to get people to sign up to their website and at the end of the day they become addicted. Are there any kind of this loss in your own state or how different is it?

My locality allows the advertisement of lottery companies to the public through different forms of mass media ranging from television commercials to radio programs. The government are quite lax when it comes to lottery, I must say

The answer to this question depends on the specific state. In general, most states do allow for some form of public lottery advertising, but the exact regulations can vary widely. For example, in some states, lottery ads can only be placed in newspapers or on TV during certain hours.

yes they do allows such form of ads on most of the times , it is actually convenient and revenue generating option for them actually and that is why they do not care about such things actually to be honest , the people who buy lottery tickets usually see ads on tv about them first
