Drunk-driver crashes into betting shop after taking date's car

After taking the date's car and smashing it into the front of a bookmaker, the drunk driver fled the scene. Later on, he threatened to slice his neighbor with a knife while brandishing one.

The defendant acknowledged stealing the car without permission and not having a driver's license during his sentencing hearing at Cardiff Crown Court. The four cars he had damaged and written off were also damaged by him before he crashed into the storefront.
