Following his arrest last week outside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the man, who was reportedly intoxicated and high on marijuana, is now being charged with a number of offenses. On April 3, while at a casino on the Las Vegas Strip, David Benamati of Pennsylvania fought with police as they attempted to handcuff him. Benamati later told an officer in the Cosmopolitan security office that he had $1,000 in his pocket and that they may take it so he could go.
