DSD Renewables expands its solar portfolio in Atlantic City casinos.

DSD Renewables has successfully finished a four-roof, 6.5-MW sun power collection for Caesars Entertainment at the gaming company’s locations in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The setups are spread out over two different Caesars Atlantic City properties and will generate approximately 8.29 MWh of eco-friendly electricity per annum. The collection aids Caesars' commitment to boost projects and actions that reduce the carbon footprint of Caesars' properties. Caesars is one of the largest consumers of Atlantic City Electric - the local electricity provider - and these sun power initiatives will counterbalance roughly 6% of its energy necessities for the holiday resort properties in the region. The concluded initiatives incorporate 1.7 MW and 886 kW sun power coverings at Caesars Atlantic City, and two installations at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City - a 1.9-MW sun power roof at Harrah's self-park garage and a 1.9-MW roof at Harrah's valet garage.
