Dutch authorities act in response to World Cup infractions

After announcing that it would be "particularly attentive" during the football extravaganza, the Dutch gambling authority, Kansspelautoriteit, has spoken to two providers about advertising in a game where users could build a World Cup pool.
This, according to Ksa, is not allowed in an effort to stop gaming enthusiasts, who it observed are "mainly young people," from being persuaded by marketing to play games of chance.
The regulator said that several companies that offer chance-based games "were held to account for the illegal use of positive examples in advertising or sponsoring in the last week."

What I can deduce from Dutch authorities known as KSA action towards monitoring the activities of casino operators is that they don't want any programs that may likely entice or drive the young folks in becoming gambling enthusiasts.
