Dutch gambling regulator issues customer service language-related warning to TonyBet

Following an investigation that found TonyBet was not providing a round-the-clock Dutch-speaking customer service helpline, Holland's gambling regulator has given the operator an official address.

According to Dutch gambling law, all businesses that hold a license from the Dutch gambling authority must make sure that their customer service is always available to players in Dutch.

A player informed the regulator that it could only communicate with TonyBet's customer service in English following the company's late 2024 website launch in the Dutch market.
