Dutch gambling regulator performs self-reflection on problem gambling strategy

The study detailed how the Dutch gambling regulator's dedication to upholding responsible gaming is expanding in tandem with the regulated online gambling market, which saw a 29% rise in 2022–2023. This is good news for player protection.

In July of last year, the agency welcomed a ban on untargeted online gambling ads, with the goal of strengthening its consumer care duties and shielding young people and vulnerable groups from the negative effects of gambling.

It was strictly forbidden to advertise on television, radio, or in newspapers. Promotions for gambling could also not be found in public areas like billboards, bus shelters, or buildings that are open to the public.

This is pretty good development that the authorities of the country are actively making sure that they are able to block the facilities which can make the young ones addicted to gambling facilities and their for their role is always appreciated and they are doing proper work which is indeed a service to the community and in this way they can help the community run in a proper manner always indeed
