Dutch gambling regulator threatens unlicensed provider with €840,000 fine

A gambling operator that it claims is operating without a license in the market has been warned by the Dutch Gambling Authority to stop or risk a fine of up to €840,000.

Operator of the Casino Sky brand Sarah Eternal is not in possession of the necessary license to operate in the regulated market, according to the Netherlands regulator.

According to the authority, the Costa Rican gambling company Sarah Eternal and CasinoSky are in breach and will be fined up to €840,000, or €240,000 per week.
