Dutch KSA takes action against businesses that use World Cup advertising that "pushes the boundaries"

After recently dealing with two providers about an advertisement during a game that stated individuals could create a splash on the World Cup, the Dutch gaming authority, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), will be "particularly watchful" throughout the balance of the tournament.
The regulator emphasized that while it believes the laws governing games of chance are clear, this most recent incident demonstrated that "providers of gambling activities try to push the limits here and there."
The KSA released the following statement: "The KSA has contacted two suppliers regarding advertising in a game where players can form a World Cup pool. This is not acceptable.
