Election betting apps Kalshi and Polymarket reign supreme on App Store

With just a few hours until the first polls close, two well-known election betting sites have topped the Apple App Store chart.

Kalshi and Polymarket have become the most popular free apps on the Apple App Store with downloads. According to Apple, there are almost two million apps available for download right now.

At the moment, Kalshi is the only prediction market governed by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission that operates in the United States.
