Everi set to acquire financial technology provider Ecash

The gaming industry in Australia, Asia, Europe, and the US is served by Ecash; its offerings will complement Everi's current financial technology solutions, especially in the FinTech space. Everi will also expand its clientele by acquiring a portfolio of new locations, including those in the US and Australia. Within 60 days, the transaction should be finalized, subject to certain conditions.
