EveryMatrix announces offer to acquire Fantana Games for $6 per share

The Swedish company Fantasma Games AB, which creates online casino games, has announced a public offer by EveryMatrix to purchase all of the company's shares for $5.79 in cash.

The price represents a premium of 27.7% over the 30-day volume-weighted average and 33.4% over the 90-day average price of Fantasma's shares.

Although EveryMatrix retains the right to extend this period, the offer's acceptance period is planned to run from September 19 to October 10, 2024.
