An undisclosed amount was paid in cash for the acquisition of sportsbook solutions provider FSB Technology by EveryMatrix.
With the goal of moving FSB's clientele to its exclusive turnkey technology, EveryMatrix officially assumed control of the company yesterday. Along with its CasinoEngine productivity platform, this also includes Player Account Management, the sportsbook OddsMatrix, and casino aggregation.
