An ex-fraudster who won an £8 million lottery jackpot claims to be nearly broke.

After winning the German lottery, he immediately splurged on opulent cars and estates. Nevertheless, the 43-year-old claims that his spending binge has left him with little cash on hand.

Even with his purported investments in a Turkish almond farm, the ex-prisoner might be having trouble scraping together some cash. The Dortmund native has reassured supporters that although his winnings are decreasing, he still has plenty of money to cover his expenses, which include spending £300,000 on designer jeans.
