Fabio Paratici says Tottenham are 'focused' following Antonio Conte's departure

Tottenham managing director of football Fabio Paratici says the club is "focused" on moving forward following Antonio Conte's departure.

Conte, 53, left Spurs by mutual consent this week after 16 months in charge.

Cristian Stellini will step up as head coach for the rest of the season, with former midfielder Ryan Mason his deputy.

Paratici told the club's website the players would not be distracted by talks of who will succeed Conte.

Apart from the conte issue with the team and the players, i think Tottenham also have to check themselves very well because it seems that team is truly not progressing. But i still wish them success this season
