Fanatics has received regulatory approval to purchase PointsBet US's operations in seven states, as part of its previously announced $225 million acquisition of the company. Fanatics announced earlier this month the launch of their mobile sports wagering application in Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Tennessee, making the company operational in 11 states ahead of the start of the 2023 NFL season.
