The authorities dedicated some time to scrutinize and authenticate Fanatics Betting and Gaming's acquisition of PointsBet, following its finalization in August.
Employees of NYSGC presented positive feedback to the commissioners on Tuesday, leading to the group's approval of Fanatics for operations. The Fanatics Sportsbook application runs on the Amelco platform, but the operator is actively working to incorporate the Banach Technology pricing mechanism, acquired from PointsBet, into the app.
This integration will later result in a formal transition to Fanatics in New York, as well as the other six states where PointsBet is currently available, thus providing a unique Fanatics Experience.
