I will not deny the fact that governmental factor can not be ruled out from the reasons why most Africans have not really fully believed in Casino. The government may for some reasons not have fully accepted the operation of Casinos in most African countries.

It is very correct that casinos are not gaining popularity in Africa. It is a very popular game in the Western world most especially in the United States and United Kingdom. I have not seen a professional poker or a professional roulette player in Africa and there are tons of them in the Western countries.

The fact is that I see African as being too religious and moralists. And since moral and religions always preach against betting, most people staying in Africa do not want to get involved in such schemes to avoid what people will say. It is popular in the west because the citizens are free.
