In their ongoing dispute with the Culinary Union of Las Vegas, Station Casinos has lost a decision before the National Labor Relations Board.
The panel's decision mandated that Station Casinos management start negotiating with the hospitality workers union regarding three gaming properties: Boulder Station, Palace Station, and Red Rock Resort.
The decision also accuses management of unfair labor practices and states that the business improperly persuaded employees not to organize a union. The board decided that there had been widespread illegal and coercive behavior at Red Rock Resorts' Station Casinos.
