First to break the new gambling advertisement regulation was Ladbrokes

The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has penalized Ladbrokes as the very first gambling company for violating recent gambling laws.
After determining that a series of tweets by Ladbrokes showcasing Premier League football players had a huge appeal to minors, the watchdog prohibited the tweets.
A new Cap policy that forbade gambling marketers from employing well-known individuals or characters with a significant appeal to youngsters went into effect on October 1.

Ladbrokes should be penalized for breaking advertisements codes as stipulated by The Advertising Standards Authority Asa.
All efforts should be placed in place to ensure that young folks are not enticed into gambling.
