Five people enter in guilty pleas over illegal gambling in Michigan

Each of the two men entered a guilty plea to one count of running an unlicensed gambling operation. However, all three women entered guilty pleas to a single high court misdemeanor charge of operating a gambling establishment for financial gain. The women entered guilty pleas to misdemeanor charges, whereas the two men in question are charged with felonies.The defendants will return to court for their sentencing in light of their guilty pleas.
