Flutter and Spribe lawsuit leaves gambling community puzzled

A ruling from a lower court in Georgia two weeks ago stunned the gaming community, indicating that crash games pioneer Spribe and gaming behemoth Flutter Entertainment could be liable for €330 million. The situation is not as cut-and-dry as it first appears.
It revolves around Spribe's 2019 release of the enormously popular crash game Aviator. Aviator LLC is suing for damages, claiming that the name of the game violates its trademarks.
