The company that runs the Betnacional brand in Brazil, NSX Group, has seen a 56% acquisition by Flutter Entertainment Plc.
NSX's majority stake was acquired by the gambling group for a cash consideration of about $350 million. Betnacional and Betfair BRA's brands will form the "Flutter Brazil" business, which is expected to be launched through this deal.
