Flutter hits back at shocking levels of damages incurred from Adjarabet case

The decision against Spribe in Georgia will be appealed, Flutter has disclosed.

In the copyright case, Spribe OÜ and Adjarabet, which is owned by Flutter, were accused of trademark infringement. The Georgian courts found in favor of Aviator.

Following a ruling that found copyright and trademark infringement and invalidated trademark registrations based on bad faith, the group was granted $330 million in damages as a result of the case.
 
Definitely the fines were not as they should be and the company should go for filing the case in the higher an dhope that they are able to get the correct decision on the subject of the case for their company actually indeed .
