The owner of Paddy Power, lutter Entertainment, has agreed to resolve a protracted legal dispute with the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
After accusing PokerStars of allowing Kentucky citizens to gamble on its website between 2007 and 2011, Kentucky has been chasing the company for more than ten years. Through the Stars Group's merger with Flutter last year, PokerStars was bought.
In addition to the $100 million that had previously been forfeited as bond, Flutter today agreed to pay $200 million to resolve the dispute. In response, Kentucky has decided to give up on pursuing Flutter.

It is high time Flutter resolved its differences with Kentucky Commonwealth. It can't accused the Kentucky without evidences that was why it was possible for Kentucky to be pursuing Flutter for many years.

Has there been any law restricting them from placing bet with the company. Though, the money will be too small for the company to bear.
