For the Bay State market, Encore and Caesars have signed a betting license transfer agreement.

Encore To give Caesars Interactive Entertainment access to one of its mobile sports betting licenses, Boston Harbor entered into a "preliminary arrangement."
Benefits of the agreement:
This agreement is one of the first big ones to be made public since the Massachusetts Gaming Commission started working on establishing the state's newest sports betting business.
