A New York man Wayne Murray of Brooklyn, has won a $10 million lottery prize for the second consecutive year. Murray opted for a lump sum payment of $6,122,400 after required withholdings for both wins.
His recent victory in December came from a 200X scratch-off game, following his initial $10 million win in August 2022 with a Black Titanium scratchoff ticket. Remarkably, both winning tickets were purchased at the HA Gas and Convenience store in Brooklyn, according to New York lottery officials.
